Capers in salt Casa Rinaldi bucket. With heir piquant taste, the small caper buds add flavour to a lot of goodness. Classic in remouldle sauce and steak a la Lindstrom, as a garnish of wiener schnitzel and steak tartare. Also good to chop into stir-fried, sauces and stews. Add them late in the cooking, so they retain their flavour. Our capers come from Italian Casa Rinaldi.
