Description
Red pesto with olive oil is a reinterpretation of the classic recipe. The main traditional ingredient, basil, goes very well with dried tomatoes; and these two ingredients are responsible for its wonderful dark red colour, its pleasant aroma and its intense flavour. Cashews and pine nuts add to the sauce a creamy texture. To make this product a 100% Italian delight, we have added olive oil. It goes perfectly well with all types of pasta and potato gnocchi.
