Description
Tomatoes sun-dried following the tradition and then immersed in seed oil to be consumed at any time of the year.
For this recipe we use selected raw materials, harvested, and processed according to our experienced methods.
Our dried tomatoes have a very pleasant sweet and sour taste; capers, spices and aromatic herbs are added to the seed oil to give the product a full, tasty, and intense flavour.
