Our spaghetti with squid ink is made from carefully selected durum wheat semolina. The squid ink used to colour and flavour them gives this pasta its typical black colour, the recognizable hint of fish and molluscs and an intense and Savory Sea flavour.
Our squid ink pasta should be cooked in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package, and then seasoned with a sauce. A piece of advice? Use a sauce made with fish and bottarga.
