Description
Spaghettini is a thinner version of spaghetti. The long dry pasta is native to Southern Italy, more specifically Naples. Spaghetti means little strings, and Spaghettini is, therefore, skinny strings. Spaghettini cooks faster and has a lighter flavour. So they go best with delicate sauces, such as a simple dressing of roasted garlic and olive oil.
Since 1948, Corticella has been selecting the best varieties of durum wheat to be processed into high-quality semolina at its mills and turning it into pasta that contains all the flavour of Italy’s best traditional foods. This historic brand is characterised by superb quality, a wide product range, and the productive and innovative performance of its products.
