Sweet Fig sauce & Balsamic Vinegar



Casa Rinaldi’s fig and Moderna balsamic vinegar preserve goes perfectly well with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano Riserva, pecorino, blue cheeses with a spicy note, and also with roasts. The taste of this cream is sweet and sour, given by the combination of vinegar and ripe figs.
