Von Mühlenen’s Le Gruyère Switzerland AOP Classic is the original from Switzerland. It is produced the traditional way in small local village dairies, without additives, using only pure raw milk, natural cultures and rennet. Matured for 6 months in climate-controlled cellars and ripened to perfection, Le Gruyère Switzerland AOP is produced and ripened exclusively in the canton of Fribourg.
