Casa Rinaldi has created its own version starting from the original recipe, carefully selecting the best specialized suppliers throughout the Italian territory. The strong flavour, combined with the bright green colour, testifies the very high percentage of basil in our pesto. Its scent is unmistakable. But innovation goes hand in hand with research and we at Casa Rinaldi wanted to offer a nutritionally improved product- that’s why we have added an exceptional ingredient: olive oil. The end result is a gluten-free and recipe that maintains an explosive natural taste. A professional test conducted by the leading German food magazine ‘Der Feinschmecker’ gave a special mention to the naturally grainy texture of our pesto in olive oil. Furthermore, it was nominated as the best-preserved fresh pesto, best made in Italy product and best value for money.
