Description
Dolcelatte (Italian: dolce meaning “sweet” and latte meaning “milk”) is a blue-veined Italian soft cheese. It’s made from cow’s milk and has a sweet taste. Created as a milder alternative to traditional Gorgonzola, Dolcelatte shares a similar production method but is made from the curd of only one milking, resulting in a firmer texture.
