Dileo is one of the few producers of Savoiardi Lady Fingers in Italy. Prepared with 26% fresh pasteurized eggs, Savoiardi Dileo are perfect for Tiramisù thanks to their spongy structure that retains fluids better. This allows the lady fingers to keep their shape intact and giving dessert an ideal consistency, both to cut and on the spoon.
