Description
Tagliatelle is a long, flat, ribbon-shaped egg pasta made from semolina, which is a type of coarse flour made from durum wheat. Its name is derived from the Italian verb, tagliare, meaning “to cut,” so the word, tagliatelle, roughly translates to “cut up.”
Since 1948, Corticella has been selecting the best varieties of durum wheat to be processed into high-quality semolina at its mills and turning it into pasta that contains all the flavour of Italy’s best traditional foods. This historic brand is characterised by superb quality, a wide product range, and the productive and innovative performance of its products.
